Who we are
Creative AI Mastermind is run by Javier Amaya · rapidstories.ai, Lichtstraße 32, 40235 Düsseldorf, Germany. Email: info@rapidstories.ai.
These terms apply between you and us whenever you use creativeaimastermind.com, a member account, or the Creative AI Mastermind plugin for ChatGPT. How we handle your data is in our Privacy Policy.
Membership
- —Membership is free. You need to be at least 18 to join.
- —One account per person, with details that are true and kept up to date.
- —Your login is yours alone. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using your account.
- —If we ever add paid features, they come with their own terms, and nothing is charged unless you order it yourself.
AI Funding and the ChatGPT plugin
AI Funding maps public funding programmes for creative projects connected to technology or AI, in NRW, Germany and the EU. Every fact comes from the funder's own published pages, and every programme links to its official source.
The funder decides. Deadlines, amounts and conditions change, so read the funder's own page before you apply. We are not a funding body: we don't decide who qualifies, and a programme that fits your project is not a promise of money.
The Creative AI Mastermind plugin brings AI Funding into ChatGPT for members. You sign in with your member account. ChatGPT sends the plugin a short description of your project, and the plugin answers with the programmes that fit, each with the funder's own words and link. The plugin keeps nothing you send it. ChatGPT itself is run by OpenAI, under OpenAI's own terms and privacy policy.
Where a feature uses AI, we say so right there. AI answers can be wrong — the funder's page is always the one that counts.
What you share with us
Your profile, your graph and everything else you add stay yours. You give us the right, free of charge, to store, show and process them only as far as the features you use need it — for example, showing your graph to you, or to others where you chose to make it visible.
That right ends when you delete the content or your account, except where our Privacy Policy explains what the law requires us to keep. Only add what you have the rights to.
House rules
- —Nothing illegal, and nothing that infringes someone else’s rights — copyright, trademarks, privacy.
- —No harassing, threatening or deceiving other members.
- —No pretending to be someone else.
- —No advertising or spam to members.
- —No bulk copying of AI Funding or member data, by script or by hand. The website and the plugin are the ways in.
- —No getting around sign-in, security or limits.
Reporting content, and how we moderate
See something illegal here? Tell us at info@rapidstories.ai. Include the exact link, why you believe it is illegal, your name and email, and a line confirming that you believe your report is accurate and complete. We confirm that it arrived and tell you what we decided.
A person reviews every report. We use no automated moderation. We act carefully and in proportion, with regard to the rights of everyone involved, including freedom of expression.
If we remove content or restrict an account, we tell the member what we did and why, and they can reply to ask us to look at it again. The courts remain open to everyone.
Contact for members and authorities
Our single point of contact under the EU Digital Services Act (Art. 11 and 12) — for members, everyone using the service, and authorities — is info@rapidstories.ai. Write to us in German or English.
How the service changes
We keep building. Features change, grow, or retire. When a change affects how you use your account, we tell you ahead of time. Your statutory rights stay untouched.
Liability
We are fully liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the German Product Liability Act, and where we gave a guarantee.
For slight negligence, we are liable only when we breach an obligation that running the service depends on and that you may rely on, and then only for the typical damage foreseeable when it happened. Beyond that, liability for slight negligence is excluded. These limits apply equally to our representatives and the people who help us.
Ending your membership
You can delete your account at any time, yourself, from your account — section 12 of our Privacy Policy shows exactly what that does.
We can end a membership with two weeks' notice by email, or straight away after a serious or repeated breach of these terms. Either way, we tell you why.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change in a way that matters, we email members at least four weeks ahead and ask you to accept the new version. If you don't want to, you can delete your account, or we end the membership with notice as described in section 10.
Law and courts
German law applies. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, the mandatory consumer protection of your country still applies to you. If you are a merchant, the courts of Düsseldorf have jurisdiction.
